Microsoft has dropped the price of its flagship video game subscription service, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, from $29.99 to $22.99 per month. PC Game Pass has also received a price cut, dropping from $16.49 to $13.99 per month. This move comes just six months after the company hiked the Ultimate tier by 50%, from $19.99 to $29.99 per month, and was motivated by gaming chief Asha Sharma’s promise to “recommit to our core Xbox fans and players.”
