Wilco

Wilco is an American alternative rock band that was formed in 1994 in Chicago, Illinois. The band was founded by singer-songwriter and guitarist Jeff Tweedy after the dissolution of his previous group, Uncle Tupelo.

The original lineup of Wilco consisted of Jeff Tweedy, bassist John Stirratt, and drummer Ken Coomer. They released their debut album, A.M. in 1995, which showcased their signature blend of country and rock music. The album received critical acclaim and established Wilco as a rising force in the alternative rock scene.

Over the years, Wilco's lineup has changed several times, with Tweedy remaining as the sole constant member. The band's sound has also evolved, incorporating elements of experimental rock and avant-garde music into their later albums. Some of their most acclaimed albums include Yankee Hotel Foxtrot, A Ghost is Born, and Sky Blue Sky.
