To ensure the quality of the experience for all guests, late arrivals will not be admitted, rescheduled, or receive a refund. Guests age two and older require a ticket prior to arrival. Strollers are not permitted. Tour experiences are subject to change. If you appear to be under the influence or display disorderly conduct, you will not be allowed to participate and will be removed from the premises without refund.
