Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Located in Front Lobby. Customer needs to bring purchasing credit card, photo ID and confirmation number to pick up tickets.

Limited street parking. Commercial lots on 5th and Bainbridge Streets. Cash only.

General admission for most shows. However, there is reserved seating for some events.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. ** NO SMOKING**

All patrons must have a ticket regardless of age.
