Dance Party Happy Hour this Friday, our first one of 2026.Well feature our AG guest vocalist rocker Jeff Haight with his BIG voice and BIG presence. Come give some BIG support to the ever-evolving Performer Studentz from the AG Fly Girlz Dance Class as they take the stage for a few songs, including another Guest Student from the last class series. Atomic Girl Carrie, the AG Fly Girlz and the entire AG band will deliver with their BIG consistent fun they always do at these Happy Hours for the past 20+ years!Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is held every Tuesday at 630p and select Saturdays at 1230p: Feb. 7th & 21st. Series #17 started recently and runs for approx 10 weeks. The dance is taught and re-taught progressively in sections. All levels welcome, no dance experience needed, specifically geared towards non-dancers. Maybe even get on stage?!
