Looking ahead, were SO happy its almost time for spring... so were ready for our Spring Ahead Dance Party Happy Hour, the 1st of 3 spring themes well present for March....so spring on to the dance floor with us for some classic AG fun that will be sure to put a spring in your step for the whole weekend. (Reminder: spring your clocks ahead!) Well feature AG guest vocalist, Mark Jones and AG Conga Girl Monette Marino. Some of the Performer Studentz from the Carrie Weiland Fitness/AG Fly Girlz Dance Class will join us for a few songs, showcasing their always evolving skillz of dance and performance. The entire AG band, including Atomic Girl Carrie and her AG Fly Girlz, will once again deliver good vibez, with the same fun we always deliveryear after year... for the past 20+ years weve been doing these Happy Hours!Wanna learn to dance like an Atomic Groove Fly Girl? Come take an AG Fly Girlz Dance Class, taught by Atomic Girl Carrie of Carrie Weiland Fitness. Held at locally-owned boutique fitness facility MB Fit Studio in Solana Beach. Class is every Tuesday at 630p and Select Saturdays at 1230p, the next ones are Saturdays March 7th and 28th. Series #17 is in progress and will be taught for a few more weeks. Drop-ins always accepted, any time. Ask about the FREE foundational non-dance dance class Neuro GROOVE on Thursday, March 12th, 630p, too!
