Tickets can be picked up on the night of the event beginning 1 hour prior to the event at the Will Call Window. Customer must have a photo ID, the actual credit card and the confirmation number.

There is plenty of parking available on the lot and in the garage. Fees vary.

Rules about cameras usually vary depending on the event - usually no video. Recording devices are not allowed. Cans, bottles and food are not permitted.

Children under two are admitted free, but must sit on a parents lap. For Sesame Street, children age 1 and over must have a ticket! Under age 1 admitted free, but must sit on parents lap.
