Doors scheduled to open to the public at 6:00PM. $1 from every ticket sold will be donated by LiveNation to HeartSupport- a 501(c)(3) non-profit that heals the scene by providing free mental health support directly in the metal scene. Uniting fans and empowering them to support each other, HeartSupport will provide fans free support based around Citizen Soldier's music at every tour date. St. Andrews Hall and Shelter guests who need Special Seating Arrangements should purchase a general admission ticket, customers will be assisted at the door. There are no accessible restrooms.

Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

All patrons need a ticket. Many shows will be restricted to 18 and over or 21 and over.
