All ages, under 16s to be accompanied by an adult over 18. Free entry for children under 1 (no ticket required). A max of 8 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 8 will be cancelled. Ticket Re-sale Restrictions 1. Your ticket is a personal, revocable license and remains the property of the promoters, who may request its surrender at any time. 2. Tickets are sold directly to you, the consumer. Any business or trader purchases in violation of terms will be cancelled. By accepting these terms, you confirm you are a consumer. 3. Tickets IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE, except through the Artist’s official resale channels or authorized fan-to-fan exchanges. Resale via third parties or unauthorized outlets, including auction sites, is not valid. 4. A maximum of 8 tickets per person allowed. 5. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry.

Public transport is strongly encouraged on event evenings as parking in the area is very limited.

No seating is provided so do bring your own picnic rugs or folding chairs. Please see the website for more details. Do note that there are some areas where chairs are not permitted as these obstruct the views of others. Please show consideration to your fellow picnickers at all times! For safety reasons, all naked flames (i.e. barbecues, candles, flares and lanterns), picnic tables, gazebos and tents are not allowed. As this is an open-air concert please dress accordingly and out of courtesy to fellow concert-goers please refrain from using umbrellas. Please also note that videos and recording devices of any sort are not permitted (but cameras are permitted). Please leave quietly at the end of the concert out of consideration to our neighbours, and place all litter in the bins provided on the way out. We strongly encourage guests to recycle their glass, cans and card at each concert using the recycling facilities provided. Please look out for our recycling team in the green vests, who will be happy to assist you. Queuing As guests often arrive early, if you have difficulties standing, we recommend you bring a folding chair. Special Effects Strobe lighting may feature in concerts.
