Most access codes are generally for Thomas train tickets only, not for group tickets, and are invalid for Saturday and Sunday train ride times between 11:00am – 1:59pm -Event is rain or shine -Site Hours: Saturdays 8a-6p, Sundays 9a-5p, Friday 11a-6pm -The time on your ticket is your train departure time -Tickets are valid for the train departure date/time printed on the ticket only -Arrive to the event site at least one hour early; boarding for trains begins 30 min prior to your departure time -Ages 1 years and above require a ticket, under 1 will not have their own seat -All sales are final, no refunds -For any wheelchair seating needs please contact the railroad to confirm availability 1-800-626-0319 or info@bsvrr.com -No food or beverage allowed on the trains. -No strollers (use stroller parking) or baby seats allowed on the trains. -Rail cars are 1920s era train cars with bench seating similar to a school bus. Rail cars do not have AC. Some cars have restrooms, but using the station facilities before boarding is recommended.

Enjoy a real train ride with Thomas, live entertainment, photo ops, and the exclusive gift shop. Then, head over to the Celebration Station for lawn games and activities! Spend the day creating memories and celebrating 80 years of Thomas!DESCRIPTION OF RAIL CARS (Include type of seating, open vs. coach, air conditioned, etc.) Rail cars are 1920s era train cars, there is no AC in these cars (best way to describe them is bench seating like a school bus.) There are restrooms in some of the cars but we suggest using the station facilities before boarding.
