Will Call tickets can be picked up sixty minutes prior to the show at one of two locations, inside the east lobby and on the north side of the building. Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order, a valid picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Due to construction we have limited parking spaces onsite. Additional parking is available in the parking garage just north of the theatre for $13.00. Parking fees vary based on the type of show. Parking for concerts/plays/speaking engagements is $20.00. Buses and RV’s is $30.00. Valet Parking is $30.00 Parking for family shows as of January 1, 2016 is $15.00. Buses and RV’s is $25.00. Valet Parking is $20.00
Facility fully complies with A.D.A. requirements. If a signer is needed for the hearing impaired, the request must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Still cameras, video cameras and recording devices are not permitted. No food or drink is allowed in the seating area.
Everyone entering the theatre must have a ticket. Children under six are admitted, but everyone needs a ticket. Children's shows may have other policies. Check with venue.
