Tickets left for collection can be picked up on the door, on the day of the event, from when doors open. Please take the Ticketmaster reference number and the card used as payment with you.

Free on street parking can be found in the local area. Hawkwood Road main car park is long stay, use postcode BH5 1BY for sat nav. It has two disabled parking bays and is around 300 metres away. At weekends, the Sovereign Centre car park is just next door and is open until midnight on Friday and Saturday, charges apply.

Gigs: The minimum age is 8 unless with written permission from venue management. Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18s events are 13 to 17yrs only Clubs: Strictly over 18s (Photographic ID will be required)
