All tickets booked in advance for collection may be picked up on the evening of the event after the doors open. You must bring with you PHOTOGRAPHIC I.D., the original card used to purchase the tickets and the confirmation code given as proof of purchase.

The disabled access area is A ROPED OFF AREA on the balcony level in O2 Academy Leicester and access into the venue is on street level for all rooms.

No cameras, video cameras or audio recording. No food, bottles, cans or alcohol to be brought onto the premises. No smoking. Security measures are in place so there will be bag checks on arrival. Only one small bag per person is permitted, and it must not be bigger than A4 size. Height: 29.7cm Width: 21cm Depth: 15cm Large bags, including rucksacks, are not allowed and there are no facilities to leave any luggage so please make alternative arrangements. If you really have to bring a bag and its preferable you don't, please make sure its small.
