Location: ticket office (southeast side of the Arena - opposite I-75) Opens: 90 minutes prior to event Customer must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and Ticketmaster account confirmation number in order to receive tickets.

All parking at Hertz Arena is cashless. Parking is available on site. Prices range from $10 to $30 based on event. For some events overflow parking may be located on the Northwest side of Miromar Outlets (lot closest to the lake and I-75); shuttles may be provided depending on the event.

This is an accessible venue.

Prohibited Items include but are not limited too: no weapons of any kind, no food or beverage, no audio/video recorders, no cameras with detachable lenses, no laser pointers, no selfie sticks, no e cigarettes, NonClear Bags, Purses, Clutch purses larger than 6.5 x 4.5, Ipads, Tablets, Backpacks, Go Pros, Stand alone Digital Recording Devices, Binoculars Case, Camera Case, Fanny Pack, Mesh Bag, Tinted Plastic Bag, Patterned Plastic Bag, Oversized Tote Bag. Items Allowed: contact venue NOTE: All items are subject to search ** In order to enhance the safety of patrons attending events at Hertz Arena, persons purchasing tickets should be aware that as a condition to entry that they may be subject to a security search, including a reasonable pat-down search in some circumstances, and that the purchasing of tickets will constitute a consent to such search. Smoking Policy: Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes/vaping) is NOT permitted. There is an outdoor smoking area outside of section 110.

Ticket Requirements: For all ticketed events, all Hertz Arena patrons must present a ticket for entry, except for those patrons younger than two (2) years of age. However, children under two years of age must sit on the lap of an accompanying ticket-bearing adult. For some family/kids events ages one (1) and up must be accompanied by a ticket.
