Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Will Call is located on the main floor, off of the Signarama entrance, Gate B.

The arena main parking lot is located between 11th and 12th streets, to the east of Main Street.

The arena has four ADA ramped platforms located on the first floor.

Menominee Nation Arena has a no smoking policy and is a no re-entry facility.
