For some events, small, non-professional cameras without an external flash or extendable lens may be brought into Prudential Center. Please note that for certain events, cameras may not be permitted. Video and audio equipment, GoPros, selfie sticks, professional cameras (with a lens of 2.5 inches or greater) and recording devices are strictly prohibited.

Children over 24 months of age must have a ticket in order to gain entrance to Prudential Center. Children under two years may enter without a ticket but must sit on their parent or guardian lap. Please check the event ticket policies at the time of purchase as ticket policies vary per event.
