A Clear Bag Policy is in effect for all shows/events. You must abide by the following to gain entrance: 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag + 1 clutch bag per guest permitted. Clutch bag no larger than 4.6"x6.5" with or without straps permitted. Exceptions can be made for Medical bags after a proper inspection Ages 2 and over need a ticket for entry. Parking is included in facility fee.

Will Call can be picked up 48 hours after a purchase during regular Box Office Hours. The Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number and photo ID.

Parking will be available in Truist Arena's surface lot and parking lots on the campus of Northern Kentucky University. Parking will be conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. The cost is determined on an event-by-event basis. Please call (859) 442-2652 for event specific information.

Accessible seating is available for all shows.

- Professional cameras/recording equipment prohibited
- No re-entry once exiting venue

All children who have reached their second birthday must have a ticket to enter the facility. This policy may be subject to change event-by-events
