The Football Weekly pod squad returns - and this time they're going stateside to talk all things World Cup. Following in the footsteps of Paul McCartney, Lou Reed, Lady Gaga and The Strokes, your Football Weekly favourites (responsible for just as much era-defining audio content) will take to the stage at the world-famous Bowery Ballroom in New York City. Taking place just three days before the World Cup final, it's the perfect event to talk all things World Cup 2026 and to preview England's inevitable trophy lift in New Jersey. If that does happen, this might also be your last opportunity to see Barry Glendenning in public. Places are limited and we're assuming that their assist guiding mayor Zohran Mamdani to election victory last year will make this the hottest event in town. More speakers to be announced. [Ages 18+, Doors Open 6pm, $30 Advance, $35 Day of Show]
