PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA CONSENT: While personal photography and filming are not permitted, official event photographers or videographers may capture content. By attending, you consent to being recorded and understand such media may be used for promotional purposes. FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, power outages, natural disasters), we reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the event without liability. Refunds will only be provided at our sole discretion. INFORMATION COLLECTION: We collect your email address and mobile phone number when you purchase a ticket to one of our events. This information is used strictly to deliver promotional content for upcoming events, pre-sale promo codes, and personalized offers via email and SMS.
