The nonprofit Fort Lauderdale Orchid Society will present Orchid Magic, our 66th Annual Orchid Show and Sale, with dozens of vendors at the Charles F Dodge City Center, 601 City Center Way Pembroke Pines We have ample complimentary parking for this event. The societys annual show and sale is recognized as one of the largest and best juried orchid shows in the country. This highly anticipated show is filled with breathtaking orchid exhibits and exotic orchids and related items available for purchase. There also will be free orchid educational classes to help your plants thrive. The classes will be posted prior to the show at FLOS.org. The classes are included in the cost of admission. Individual plant entries will be exhibited, along with displays from local orchid societies. Judges from the American Orchid Society will judge plants and exhibits, awarding ribbons and cash prizes.
There also will be art displays from area elementary schools and a conservation booth as part of the society mission to restore native orchids in South Florida in partnership with Fairchild Botanic Gardens Million Orchids Project. This well attended show will include a gathering of thousands of orchid enthusiasts, hobbyists, award winning growers, and hybridizers from around the world. Growers will exhibit and sell thousands of orchids of every variety at this breathtaking public event. Vendors will create artistically designed exhibits following the theme Orchid Magic, Orchid gift items, books, educational materials, and orchid supplies also will be available for purchase. Society members will be on hand to answer orchid growing questions. Hourly prize drawings will add to the excitement. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. The box office at CFDCC is open Thursday through Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will also open one hour before doors on event day.

Tickets held for Will Call can be picked up 90 minutes prior to show time at the Pembroke Pines City Center Box Office, 601 City Center Blvd. The customer must present the actual credit card used and a photo ID.

Location of Parking: Adjacent to the Building. Access from Pines Blvd. and Washington Street. All parking lots have accessible parking spaces. Charge for Parking (per vehicle): No charge for self-parking. Valet Service is available for most performances at $20 per vehicle. Patrons can find valet parking on the West side of the main entrance.

Accessible seating is available on-line, by phone or in-person and can be limited. We encourage you to order early and to specifically request seating for wheelchair access, sign-interpreted or open-captioned performances when placing your order. General admission events offer no specific location-- you will be accommodated at the door. Our facilities feature ADA-approved signage, handrails and automatic door openers.

NO guns, knives or weapons of any kind. NO professional (detachable lens) cameras, flash photography, audio or recording devices. Company Management or Artist camera policy varies by show. NO alcohol, cans or bottles. NO backpacks or large purses. NO smoking. NO outside food or beverages permitted inside the venue for concerts and most events.
