SAP Center recommends that fans bring bags that are 5" x 9"x 2" or smaller to expedite their entry. However, we are happy to accommodate larger bags up to 20" x 14" x 11" in size! When it comes to the larger bags, please note the following: All bags, including medical and infant bags, larger than 5" x 9" x 2" are subject to X-Ray inspection and will result in longer wait times for entry Bags must be able to fit under your seat once inside the event; therefore, bags larger than 20" x 14" x 11" will not be permitted. SAP Center no longer offers a bag check option and/or onsite storage lockers.
TICKET PERK DISCLAIMER *Photos and videos are allowed from your place in the send-off are permitted during Send Off activities. Selfies, autographs, and gifts are not permitted. All Ticket purchasers will be contacted via e-mail a few days prior to the event date with additional program details. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. All Ticket Perk Tickets and Ticket contents are non-transferable. The artist, show and venue reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. All merchandise will be distributed at the show; some exceptions may apply. Merchandise is not required for venue entry. The artist, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase. Commemorative laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The commemorative laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue or any backstage areas.

Will call is available two hours prior to the start of the event. Will call is part of the South Ticket Office, on Autumn St near Santa Clara St. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the purchase, a photo ID and the Ticketmaster confirmation number in order to receive their tickets.

There are a limited number of parking spaces available on site. The prices vary from $15.00 to $25.00. There are also many public and private lots situated near the Arena. The attendants accept only cash. Parking is also available outside of the Arena. Sorry, no RV parking available.

SAP Center has designated seats for both wheelchair accessible seating and their companions. However, due to size constraints, companion seats will not fit a wheelchair. So patrons needing wheelchair accessible seating must purchase a wheelchair accessible seat as the SAP Center cannot turn a companion seat into a wheelchair accessible seat.

***UPDATE *** ENHANCED SECURITY MEASURES! SAP Center at San Jose, Silicon Valley Sports & Entertainment, law enforcement agencies and the NHL have announced changes in Security measures for all Guests attending events at SAP Center. All Guests will be subject to search, which may include the use of Electronic devices, pat downs and inspections of bags. Only small purses and baby bags will be permitted in the Building. Guests are discouraged from bringing unnecessary items to SAP Center Events. * Shoes & shirts are required at all times within the building. * No audio or video recorders are allowed in the arena for any event. * There is no smoking allowed anywhere inside the arena. There are designated smoking sections provided outside of the arena.

All ages are welcome. For most events no ticket is required for ages 0-23 months, as long as they do not require a seat of their own. For events such as "Sesame Street", "Barney", or "Dragon Tales" a ticket is required for anyone 12 months or older.
