Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

Tickets will be available at the box office 1 hour prior to show time when purchasing tickets over the phone or Internet (If you chose the Will Call option or purchased your tickets too close to the show date, you will not receive tickets, however your name will be on a list prepared by Ticketmaster at the entrance to Pops). Customers must present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, Ticketmaster confirmation number and photo ID.

Free parking is found in the surface lots surrounding Pops.

Please arrive 15 minutes before doors & notify security for assistance. Service animals will be admitted if needed.

No weapons of any kind are allowed into the club. Patrons must pass through a metal detector prior to admittance into the club. No food or drinks of any kind or laser pointers are allowed.

The majority of Pop's events are "All Ages Events". We ask that children under 14 be accompanied by an adult, but this is not necessary. Earplug are recomended and available at the bar. Once in a while, Pop's will host an 18+ or 21+ event. Please, check the show notes for this info. Anyone under 21 may be subject to a $2 surcharge at the door. No ages are admitted free. Everyone must have a ticket or pay the cover at the door to enter.
