The Arena is a cashless facility. Outside food and drink, smoking, and e-cigarettes are prohibited. Children aged 2 and under are admitted without a ticket; children aged 3 and over require a ticket. Children under 5 are not permitted in Dugout, Courtside or Baseline seating. All ticket terms and conditions and Arena regulations apply. The Copper Box Arena is located in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford, London E20 3HB. Public transport is strongly recommended; no parking is available on game days.

Provocative, abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language or gestures, and throwing objects, are strictly prohibited. Positive support and respectful enthusiasm are always welcome. Event staff and stewards are nearby should you need assistance. Courtside Seats ? Guest Information: Access requires a VIP Courtside wristband, worn visibly at all times. As this area adjoins the court, entry and exit are permitted only when the ball is out of play. Stewards will assist you. Please keep mobile phone use discreet and avoid flash photography during live play.

If tickets are to be collected at an official box office, only the person who bought the tickets may collect them upon presentation of a booking reference number, photographic identification and the payment card used to make the purchase.
