Customers colleting tickets at the venue should provide a copy of their confirmation e-mail (including their Ticketmaster booking reference) and the credit/debit card they used to make the booking.

No on-site or street parking is available. The nearest car park is Q Park Chinatown, 20 Newport Place, London WC2H 7PR

The venue has space for 2 wheelchairs. Eligible guests are encouraged to sign up for a free Access Card created by Nimbus Disability. The Access Card entitles the cardholder to privileges in several London and nationwide venues. At the Hippodrome it can provide carer tickets at no additional cost plus 10% off food and drinks at our bars.
