Located at the first window on the left in the lobby. Opens 1 hour before event start time. PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS, AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

The Civic Center has over 3500 spaces for all its events. The most convenient way to access the Civic Center parking lot is on the north side of the building from Veteran's Parkway and Victory Drive.
