A max of 10 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 10 will be cancelled. Venue age restrictions: The venue restrictions states that all children aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above when attending any show at the venue. As part of the overall cost of your booking The Arena Birmingham have introduced a £3.50 per ticket renovation levy to help maintain and improve the facilities for customers, artists and promoters.

Arena Birmingham has on site parking, which can be booked directly on Arena Birmingham's website.

The arena offers excellent facilities for clients with disabilities. No video cameras or recording devices are allowed. Under 14-year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue. (i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket). Please check the venue website for event specific restrictions.
