Venue age restrictions: The venue recommends that children aged 14 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above when attending any show at the venue. Children under the age of 14 should not purchase tickets for the standing area of the venue for events, and those young people aged 15 and 16 should only enter the standing floor when accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. As part of the overall cost of your booking The Arena Birmingham have introduced a £3.00 per ticket renovation levy to help maintain and improve the facilities for customers, artists and promoters. A max of 6 tickets per person and per household applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled.

Collect from the venue on the day of the event. Take credit card, photo ID and Ticketmaster reference number with you.

Arena Birmingham has on site parking, which can be booked directly on Arena Birmingham's website.

The arena offers excellent facilities for clients with disabilities.
