General public will call tickets can be picked up beginning 60 minutes prior to the game/event time at the Covelli Center Ticket Office. Customers must have a valid photo ID for pick up. Student athlete guests' tickets can be picked up beginning 60 minutes prior to the game/event time at the northwest entrance by the ramp. Attendees must have a valid photo ID for pick up.

Parking near the arena is complimentary during events only. Day of game lots are located across from the Covelli Center in the Buckeye Lots off Fred Taylor Drive.

Special seating is available for guests with disabilities. Customers interested in exchanging tickets for accessible seating should do so ahead of time by submitting a request here: https://accessibility.osu.edu/athletic-department-disability-needs-form/#online-form. There will be Day of Game/Event exchanges, but will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Still cameras with a lens greater than 100mm, any audio and video recording equipment, monopods, dual pods and tripods are not allowed to be used. For all regular season events, children under the age of two are admitted free while sitting on a parent/guardian's lap.
