Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. The camera policy is up to tour management, which is different for each show held at either building. If you are thinking it is absolutely necessary to bring a camera, bring a disposable camera. This way if it is announced at the last minute that tour management is not allowing cameras, you can simply throw it away or return it to your car. Silver Spurs Arena and the Events Center are not responsible for any lost or stolen cameras. General Events: Ages 0-1 admitted free on ticket holder's lap. If child has celebrated their 2nd birthday, they MUST have a ticket to enter. Please call to confirm the age limit for your event as it can vary per event.
