Doors open one hour before the event. All guests age 2 & older are required to have a ticket. No costumes for guests 14 & older. Customers can pick up tickets 60 minutes prior to showtime. Customer must present the actual credit card, a picture ID, and confirmation number.
There is plenty of parking adjacent to the building. Please call the arena for prices as they vary per event. A bus parking fee collected at the gate. Handicapped parking is available around the building. Parking lots open 2 hours prior to events.

Cameras and recording devices are never allowed at concerts. The Allstate Arena will check at the door. **This is a non-smoking facility.**
