Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.

In advance of shows, tickets can be picked up during daytime hours at the Elgin & Winter Garden box office, or any other TO Live box office (Meridian Arts Centre, Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Center for the Arts). On show days, tickets will be available for pickup from 2 hours prior to the scheduled curtain time. Please arrive early to avoid congestion and delays, and be prepared to present the actual credit card used for purchase and photo ID.

Accessible Seating: The Centre is fully accessible with elevators and ramps throughout allowing access to both theatres. Wheelchair seating is located on the Orchestra levels. All accessible seating is available through the Box Office at 416-366-7723 | 1-800-708-6754 | boxoffice@tolive.com. Hearing Devices: A phonic ear system (FM frequency) is available to assist the hearing impaired.

No smoking is permitted in the building.
