Sam returns to the vortex with his own project for the first time in several years for what promises to be an exciting debut of new original music, with a quintet that features some of the most in-demand musicians in the UK and Europe.

Sam is a highly sought after saxophonist with a distinctive sound on the alto saxophone and his original compositions take inspiration from some of the most well-regarded contemporary jazz composers including Kurt Rosenwinkel, Walter Smith and Ben Wendel.
