Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the [original method of payment](https://help.ticketmaster.com/hc/en-us/articles/9614074869009) used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please Note: This game is contingent upon final playoff seeding, and is not yet confirmed to take place. Ticket purchases for this event are accepted with the understanding that the game may not occur as scheduled. Should this game not take place, all tickets will be fully refunded. Final matchup and schedule details will be confirmed and communicated as standings are finalized.

Please arrive at Box Office early if picking up tickets. Account owner must present valid picture ID when picking up will call orders and quote the phone number associated to the account order.

There is ample parking located at SaskTel Centre. Preferred parking closer to the venue is available for all concerts at a premium.

Accessible Seating: Located in sections B,F,G,H and XY. Section XY is only available for events which have a 360 view. SaskTel Centre allows one attendant seat to be purchased per disability/wheelchair seat purchased. In most sections, attendant is to sit behind wheelchair. Wheelchair seating is on the concourse level of the specific section. Attendant seats must be bought in the same row.

Ticket Sales Regulations in the Province of Saskatchewan prohibit the sale of tickets outside the boundaries of Saskatchewan, Alberta, Manitoba, the Northwest Territories, North Dakota and Montana during the first hour of sale. Please be advised tickets are subject to cancellation if the purchasers delivery address is outside of these boundaries.

Children 2 and under are free provided they sit on someone's lap. This policy is in effect unless otherwise specified by the promoter.
