School of Rock is a growing, passionate community dedicated to enriching lives through performance-based music education. Through real bands, real rehearsals, and real shows, students of all ages gain confidence, musicianship, and life skills by taking the stage together. In just its first year, School of Rock Fayetteville NY has built an impressive live presence in Central New York. The school has produced large-scale seasonal showcases at The Lost Horizon (June and December), with the most recent drawing nearly 500 attendees, as well as a showcase at The Song & Dance. Students have also performed at Taste of Syracuse, opened K-Rockathon in front of thousands, while sharing the bill with national acts like Candlebox and Nothing More. Our students also took part in unforgettable collaborations with professional artists including Jay Weinberg (Suicidal Tendencies, Slipknot) and Frank Zummo (Sum 41).Each seasonal showcase is built around themed sets from our patented curriculum, givingstudents the chance to dive deep into specific eras and styles of rock music. Past shows haveincluded themes like 90s Rock, Punk Rock, Fleetwood Mac, and Classic Metal, allperformed by full student bands in a live concert setting. The Spring Seasonal Showcase at Middle Ages on Sunday, May 3 will feature multiple student bands performing themed sets including:● Led Zeppelin● Best of the 80s● Roots of Rock n Roll● Adult Program Mixtape (a crowd-pleasing, multi-era set curated by our adult students)● Rock 101More than a concert, School of Rock showcases are high-energy community events that celebrate growth, teamwork, and the power of live music. With packed rooms, multiple bands, and a shared love of rock and roll, these shows highlight what happens when education meets the stage.INTERESTED IN JOINING US?
