The U-First Experience is an add-on requiring a valid concert ticket purchased together. This package is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold. Late arrivals may be denied access without refund. No personal phones, cameras, or recording devices allowed; violations result in removal. Official photographers only capture artist photos, shared later for personal use. Tour management reserves the right to modify the experience for operational or safety reasons. If the U-First Experience is cancelled, only the experience fee is refunded-your concert ticket remains valid.
