A New Orleans native himself, Moore is a dedicated drummer, performer and educator especially connected to the city, its culture and community. Moore founded the essential funk band Galactic, and later launched his solo career in 1998. He has since released nine records under his own name, including the tribute album "With You In Mind: The Songs of Allen Toussaint" (2017). Celebrate Toussaint's extraordinary legacy as a 6x-GRAMMY® Nominated songwriter, pianist, and producer with an unforgettable evening spotlighting the timeless songs, deep grooves and unmistakable New Orleans spirit that define Toussaint's enduring influence on American music.
