For Balboa Theatre events, we recommend parking at the 225 Building Garage at 225 Broadway Circle. This underground facility offers easy access to the Balboa Theatre entrance and you can avoid the heavy traffic congestion frequently encountered on Fourth Avenue. Event access is after 5:30p Mon - Fri and all day Saturday and Sunday. Enter Broadway Circle from the intersection of 2nd Ave. and Broadway and follow around to the garage entrance down ramp on the left. Advance Parking Passes (valid for 225 Building Garage only) for most Balboa Theatre events may be purchased at the same time as your event tickets…please ask our operators. The Balboa Theatre currently offers discounted rate validations for Horton Plaza Parking, if patrons choose to use their garage facilities. Patrons parking in the Horton Plaza Garage are subject to validation ticket policies and/or standard hourly fees as established by their Management.
