The Pit is GA, and all other seats are reserved seating. The venue has a clear bag policy. See elpasolive.com for more info. Main Box Office at the Plaza Theatre. Reserved seating, and the Pit is GA. It is recommended that Will Call tickets are picked up at least 1 hour before showtime. The Flying Balcony is engineered to safely flex under active crowd movement. During high-energy moments, guests may notice slight movement. This is a normal part of the balcony's design and does not indicate a safety concern.

Parking is underground: you must take an elevator to the plaza level.
