Unfortunately, the Event Organizer has had to cancel your event. You don't need to do a thing. We'll issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, as soon as funds are received from the Event Organizer. It should appear on your account within 14-21 days. Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
- Located at main box office entrance
- Valid photo ID required for pickup
- Arrive minimum 1 hour before event start time
- Can be retrieved by original ticket purchaser or authorized representative
General parking in lots across the street ($10 cash charge). Premium parking lot adjacent to building ($20 cash charge; limited availability). Handicap parking available in all lots.
Accessible seating, limited mobility and visually impaired seating is available in limited quantities and available for purchase at the box office, Ticketmaster.com. Hearing impaired/sign language interpreter requests at least 1 week prior to performance to reserve. BoxOffice@smg.kodakcenter.com . May purchase tickets anywhere in venue.

Children under two years of age do not require a ticket to sit on an adults lap.
