The Zipheads play a hybrid of 50’s rock’n’roll fused with 70’s punk rock energy with a catalogue of songs that boasts a diverse collection of influences from rockabilly, swing, surf, folk and country music through to ska, reggae and hardcore punk.
Actively touring since 2013, The Zipheads have been seen on stages across the UK, mainland Europe, Scandinavia and the USA as well as multiple performances at festivals such as Glastonbury and Boomtown, and even an appearance on Estonian national television.
As of 2026 they have released 3 full length LPs, an instrumental EP in 2022 and a handful of singles- including releases in collaboration with Bomber Music, Western Star Records as well as the Joe Strummer Foundation, picking up endorsements from Gretsch Guitars and the London Drumstick Co along the way.
