Any business or trader purchases in violation of terms will be cancelled. By accepting these terms, you confirm you are a consumer. 3. Tickets IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID if resold OR OFFERED FOR SALE, except through the Artist's official resale channels or authorized fan-to-fan exchanges. Resale via third parties or unauthorized outlets, including auction sites, is not valid. 4. A maximum of 8 tickets per person allowed. 5. Only tickets purchased through approved agents are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry.

Tickets left at the box office for collection may be picked up on the day, during the hour before the performance starts. Please take the credit card and Ticketmaster Booking Reference Number as proof of purchase.

No video cameras or recording devices. Our cloakroom fee is 2 pounds per item, whether a bag or a coat. We can accommodate small bags, coats, and other small items. We class a small bag as standard rucksack size or smaller or a standard handbag. Our cloakroom opens 75 minutes before the performance. It remains open for 30 minutes following the show. Latecomers, if you are late, you will be able to view the performance on a TV monitor whilst our staff wait for an appropriate point in the performance to allow you to enter the auditorium and take your seat. Our staff will try to do this as early as they can within the performance but this is not always possible and in some cases you may be asked to wait until the interval.
No Under 5s unless specifically stated otherwise Children under the age of 16 must be seated with an adult/someone over 18. The adult cannot be sitting separately.
