The 14th Annual Underground Comedy Railroad (UCR) is a groundbreaking all-black comedy tour, founded in 2012 by Rodney Ramsey and Daniel Woodrow. As Canadas first tour of its kind, UCR has been pioneering the way for Black Canadian comedians to share their unique humour and stories with a wider audience.
