Yusuf / Cat Stevens wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, they have chosen to use Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. If fans purchase tickets for a show and can't attend, they'll have the option to resell them to other fans on Ticketmaster at the original price paid. To ensure Face Value Exchange works as intended, Yusuf / Cat Stevens has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on Ticketmaster.
Yondr Fan Advisory This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their belongings at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.

Accessible seating is available by phone through Ticketmaster or Dolby Theatre. There are elevators to each level, however only the seats indicated on the seating chart are without stairs and have space to accommodate wheelchairs and motorized carts.

The Dolby Theatre is a non-smoking facility. No outside foods or beverages. No cameras or recording devices are allowed. Rules are subject to change for some events.

All guests require a ticket, regardless of age. Some events, rules subject to change and may not be suitable for children. Also disruptions to other guests experience may be cause to be asked to step out with no refunds or exchanges.
