This event will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space. Upon arrival at the venue, all phones will be secured in Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their belongings at all times and can access their phones throughout the event at designated Phone Use Areas in the venue. All phones will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the event space. Anyone seen using a non-permitted device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue. Guests are encouraged to bring a credit card for purchases inside the venue. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free viewing experience.
Yusuf / Cat Stevens wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, they have chosen to use Ticketmaster's Face Value Exchange. If fans purchase tickets for a show and can't attend, they'll have the option to resell them to other fans on Ticketmaster at the original price paid. To ensure Face Value Exchange works as intended, Yusuf / Cat Stevens has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Please note, a valid bank account or debit card within the country of your event is required to sell on Ticketmaster. *New York and Illinois have passed state laws requiring unlimited ticket resale and limiting artists' ability to determine how their tickets are resold. To adhere to local law, tickets in this state will not be restricted from transfer but the artist encourages fans who cannot attend to sell their tickets at the original price paid on Ticketmaster.

Elevators: 1 available to public, does NOT go to Loge or Grand Salle box levels. Facilities: ADA rest rooms located throughout the venue Day of Show Parking - Accessible Parking is located in Lot A (the closest available parking lot to the venue), first come first served. Let the parking staff know that you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. Fans who require accessible parking may also be dropped off right in front of the venue on Poplar Street. If you do not absolutely need accessible parking, please park in the general lots. Ramps: 2 ADA compliant ramps in Orchestra Level, ADA seating in mezzanine is accessible via elevator Entrance: main entrance to Poplar Street

ALL BAGS OVER 12″x12″x6″ ARE PROHIBITED. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry.
