About:
Zak Scerri is a guitarist and composer from Australia who now lives in London. His love for guitar began at age 12, and he has built his music upon the rich jazz tradition while also taking inspiration from more modern and contemporary sounds. Zak’s trio is a vehicle for playing both jazz standards and his original compositions which draw on a wide range of influence from jazz, rock and groove music.
In Case I Don’t See You is Zak’s second album and his first recording since relocating to London. This album features the talents of Ross Anderson on double bass and Billy Pod on drums.
