30 minutes prior to doors opening at venue box office. Customer must present actual credit card, order number and photo ID.

Parking is free in Turner Parking Garage across from Jesse Hall after 5 PM on weekdays and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday. Weekdays between 7 AM and 5PM, metered parking is provided on the 1st and 6th floors of Turner Garage. Accessible Parking is available off of 9th street, behind Jesse Auditorium and on the 1st floor of the Turner Parking Garage across from Jesse Hall next to the Reynolds Alumni Center.
