Customers can pick up their tickets after 5:00PM on the day of the event at the Box Office. Customers must have the actual credit card, picture I.D., and confirmation number.

New parking garages next to the arena are open. 800 + parking spaces are available.

Handicapped accessible seating is available for all events. These tickets can be purchased at the Box Office, or via Ticketmaster Online. Special seating for the visually impaired or the hearing impaired, if available, can be purchased through the Box Office only.

No exchanges or refunds. Standard Camera are typically permitted-Professional cameras & recording devices are NOT permitted. NO VIDEO!
