Located in the main lobby on Hickory Street. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster that are held for "Will Call" may be picked up beginning four hours prior to the event. All Ticketmaster ordered tickets held at "Will Call" to be picked up must be in your name. You must also have the credit card used to place the order, your confirmation number and a valid picture ID to pick up the tickets. This is to ensure that tickets are given to the appropriate person. If a patron wishes to pick up will call tickets that are not in their name, they MUST have the ticket holder on record fax a signed letter to (507) 345-1627 authorizing this person to claim their tickets. No tickets will be given to persons other than the name provided through Ticketmaster or "Will Call" without this prior authorization.

Parking is available in downtown parking ramps on Hickory Street and Walnut Street. Handicapped parking is available in designated areas.

For all Maverick Hockey games, concerts and all family shows except Sesame Street Live: All children 23 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter. Sesame Street Live: All children 11 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 12 months and older require a ticket to enter.
