Will Call is located at the Arena Box Office one hour before event. Customer must present the actual credit card, picture I.D. and their confirmation number to obtain tickets.

Parking is available at the Civic Center Arena parking lot. The charge is $2.00 per car.

* Accessible: Available at Box Office Only. * Accessible Entrance: Located in front of building. * Location of seats depends on the event. * Sales Method: All patrons can call the Box Office at (318)329-2338 with ticket orders and seating requirements. * Accessible facilities are available.

* No video cameras or tape recorders allowed. * Still cameras allowed for some events, check with the Civic Center per event. * No outside concessions allowed. No Alcohol. * Lost stolen tickets: Passes are issued for reserved shows upon verification of purchase. There are no replacements for tickets to General Admission events. * Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. Located outside the arena.
