Tickets left for collection can be picked up from the Box Office at the venue on the day of the event. Please take the card used to purchase tickets and your Ticketmaster reference number.
There is limited parking outside the venue. There is a pay and display car park next to the venue behind Newbold Bar and Brasserie.
The venue is accessible for patrons with special needs, with dedicated toilet facilities on all levels. Assistance dogs are permitted in all areas with their patron, but please inform the venue prior to arrival if you will be bringing one. An infrared hearing loop is fitted throughout the auditorium.
